You import the product feed into your online shop. When your customer places an order, you log in to your account, order the products from FILLaCELL and enter your customer’s delivery address.

We pack and ship the products to the address you provide and invoice your company.

Partner prices and terms are agreed individually. Once your application is approved, this page will show your prices, product feed links and order history.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy products in advance?
No. Under our intended cooperation model, you purchase products from FILLaCELL after you have received your customer’s order. You will not need to hold any stock in advance.
Who ships the products to my customers?
FILLaCELL prepares the order and ships it directly to your customer once the partner’s payment has been received.
Can I set the selling price myself?
Yes. You can set the selling price in your online shop, taking the applicable legislation into account. The partner purchase price will be agreed with FILLaCELL in advance.
How do I add FILLaCELL products to my online shop?
You will be able to import product information using our product data feed. The integration options will depend on the technical capabilities of your online shop. The partner can install the FILLaCELL feed themselves or ask the person who administers their website for help, covering the installation costs.
When is an order shipped?
We will start processing the order once the partner’s payment has been received. Delivery times and other shipping conditions will be set out in the partnership terms.
Can I sell FILLaCELL products alongside my own products?
Yes, the cooperation model can also be adapted for online shops that sell products from various brands. We will agree on the process for transferring and shipping FILLaCELL orders in line with the technical possibilities.
Are any documents or permits required for me to become a FILLaCELL partner?
The partner itself is responsible for ensuring that its activities comply with the applicable legal requirements and that it holds all permits, registrations and other documents required for its activities.
The partner undertakes to ensure that its activities comply with the applicable requirements throughout the entire period of cooperation with FILLaCELL.
FILLaCELL is responsible for complying with the legal requirements applicable to its own activities. Each party is independently responsible for fulfilling the obligations assigned to it by law.
